Comments:
An annual CCE inspection was conducted on today's date. The center has 27 children in care with 10 classroom staff. All groupings are in ratio. The center has rooms with lots of space and supplies for the children to explore. Observed the children playing and having lunch. For lunch the children had pasta and meatballs and broccoli. Interaction between staff and children observed in all the groupings. Please call me at 703-203-8659 if you have any questions regarding this inspection. This inspection was started at 11:10 and ended at 1:55.

Description: Based on the review of the written disclosures given to parents, it was determined that the center failed to have one of the required disclosures. Evidence: The center does not have the qualifications of the personnel in the parent information.

Plan of Correction: I will inform the parents

Description: Based on the review of the information available to the general public, the center failed to have some of the information needed available. Evidence: The information regarding the enrollment capacity, health requirements for staff and public liability insurance is missing from the web site.
