Comments:
10:45am-1:10pm Unannounced religious exempt inspection conducted. Observed 65 children + 12 direct-care staff. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were observed in a variety of activities, to include: writing, dramatic play, reading books, story time, circle time, and outdoor active play. Earlier in the day there was a special event for children and fathers, that included a pumpkin patch. The facility was found to be very clean, well maintained, and supplied with age-appropriate equipment for the children. The outdoor playground was constructed in 2018, and offers multiple play features. Staff are trained in First Aid/CPR, child abuse/neglect, and emergency medication administration. Record keeping was organized. Administrative non-compliances found.
