The Licensing Inspector for Trinity Ecumenical Parish day care conducted an unannounced RECDC Monitor Inspection on Thursday, October 31, 2019. Licensing Inspector arrived & started inspection at 10:00 AM and concluded at 11:15 AM. There were fifteen (15) children ages 2-5 year olds under the direct care and supervision of four (4) staff members. Licensing Inspector reviewed information for eleven (11) staff members. Areas of non-compliance and found during today?s inspection along with the risk assessment were reviewed with the Center?s Representative on 10/31/2019. Standard #: 63.2(17)-1716-A Description: Based on inspection, the Center failed to post the fact that it is exempt from licensure in a visible location on the premises. EVIDENCE: Required letter of exemption was not posted in a visible location on the premises. Plan of Correction: Center Director will post the letter of exemption in the entrance area of the day care. Corrected during inspection
