Reviewed documents needed for children's and household member files. Left a copy of the LOH checklist. Will send copy of the LOH standards.
- Comments:

An initial subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on and completed on 2/19/2025. The inspection started at 10:05am and concluded at 11:20am. There was one child present (who lives in the home) and one caregiver; the point total was four. The inspector two caregiver/household members records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
