-This annual subsidy inspection was conducted by the inspector using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Preliminary data was obtained from the vendor on 4/27 and 4/28 2020..
-An annual subsidy inspection was initiated on 4/27/20, at which time the vendor was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection, and concluded on 4/29/2020. The inspector emailed the vendor a list of items required to complete the inspection.
The vendor reported there were 0 children in care.. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 2 staff records submitted by the vendor and health and safety regulations.
-The information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and no violations were issued.
