This annual subsidy inspection was conducted by the inspector using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. .
An annual subsidy inspection was initiated on March 30, 2021 at which time the vendor was contacted by telephone at 10:30 a.m. to initiate the inspection and a virtual inspection was initiated at 10:45 a.m. The inspection concluded on April 1, 2021. The inspector emailed the vendor a list of items required to complete the inspection.
There were no children in care during the inspection. A walkthrough of the entire building and classroom spaces was conducted. The program does not use the playground equipment. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and two staff records submitted by the vendor to ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for
Child Care programs.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and no violations were issued.
