Technical Assistance:
The center had a carbon monoxide detector installed within their center this past year.

Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and interview.

This inspection was initiated and concluded on 10/08/2021. The Director was contacted and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 16 children present (Fireflies Room), ranging from 4 to 5 years in age, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies. A total of 5 staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
