An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today 11/14/2014. Observed 2 children = 4 points with the provider and one assistant. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were engaged in a variety of activities. Children were engaged in free- play, cause and effect toys, balls and wearing their mittens when they went outside to play in the leaves. The children were also observed during transition time to snack. The interior areas of the home were found to be clean and in good repair. Their were no medications reported on-site. Description: Based on record review, required emergency drill was not on record. Evidence: The drill log indicated that no emergency drill was conducted for October 2014.

Plan of Correction: Provider was aware that the drill was missed and will make sure that they are completed monthly.
