Technical Assistance:
Records of evacuation drills should be kept for up to one year to verify compliance. Two shelter-in place drills need to be conducted before the end of the year. A zoning permit issued by Loudoun County limits the provider to 9 children. The licensed capacity will be reduced at the next renewal study.

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted. Four children were present with two caregivers for a total of seven points which is within ratios for supervision. The provider was also being monitored by the USDA food program during the study. Children were observed participation in activities with the letter "L", preparation for lunch time, hand washing and outside play time. Lunch being served today was chicken nuggets, vegetable soup, apples and milk. The provider does do transportation and will need to organize materials such as first aid kit, emergency cards for children being transported and her own personal information. Please call if you need any assistance. Ann Dramstad Licensing Inspector 703-314-0860
