Technical Assistance:
Reviewed with the provider the acceptable types of material that may be used under the swing set to provide some resilient surfacing.

An unannounced inspection for license renewal was conducted today. Nine children were present with the provider and two assistants. Total 30 points with three caregivers. One assistant is new. Her record was reviewed and found complete. Four children are new since the last inspection. Their records were reviewed today and found in order. The children were observed eating lunch, having story time and resting. The provider has current MAT certification, but does not have any medication for the children on site at this time. If you have any questions, I can be reached at 703- 479-4709.

A compliance history is in no way a rating for a facility.

The online compliance history includes only information after July 1, 2003. In addition, the online compliance history includes information regarding adverse actions that may be the subject of a pending appeal. An adverse action is not final until a provider has exhausted or waived all due process rights. For compliance history prior to July 1, 2003, or information regarding the status of pending adverse actions, please contact the Licensing Inspector listed in the facility's information.
