Consultation provided on maintaining accurate attendance and inspecting the entire home annually.
An unannounced renewal study was conducted with the provider, who was present with an assistant and six children for a total of 13 points. For breakfast, the provider reported that the children were provided waffles, cereal and milk. Four children's files were reviewed as well as the provider and an assistant's file. Arrival time: 9:35 am Departure time: 10: 30 am
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-770 Description: Based on an inspection and an interview with the provider, it was determined that there was no emergency radio available. Evidence: There was no battery-operated weather band radio available. Plan of Correction: I will have it next time, I didn't get it this time. I will have it for the next visit.
