There are 5 children present (12 points) with one adult.
1 child's file was reviewed. It was complete.
Children were observed playing with a variety of toys and games.
First aid supplies, emergency escape drills, attendance and bathroom supplies are all in compliance.
Due to case load adjustments, your next inspection will be with a different inspector.
