- Technical Assistance:
**At the time of the inspection the provider stated that they had recently had a flood that destroyed their children's records and that they are currently working to have parents replace the children's records and that they will have them during the next inspection visit.**
An unannounced monitoring/renewal inspection was conducted today from 10:45am-11:30am. The home, 2 staff records, 3 household member?s records, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Please complete the ?plan of correction? and ?date to be corrected? for each violation cited on the violation notice and return it to me within 10 calendar days from today.
