54.1-3408 Provider must be MAT certified to administer prescription medication.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from from 12:00 pm - 1:10 pm. There were 4 children in care with the provider ages 5 months, 5 months, 9 months, and 3 years for a total of 14 points. The children were observed bottle feeding and napping. Lunch served today was chicken nuggets, french fries, carrots, dinner roll, and milk. The most recent fire drill was 8/21/2015. Four children's records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider and one household member record was reviewed and in compliance. The flashlight and weather band radio were reviewed and in compliance.
