Unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 9:30 and ending at 10:45. There was one child in care. Two other children are enrolled. Child , age 2, was observed playing with toys. Reviewed 3 children's files - see violation notice Reviewed emergency escape drills and shelter in place drills - up to date. The provider is not MAT trained - no medication can be administered. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-60-B Description: Based on a review of 3 children's files it was determined that one file is not complete. Evidence: The File for Child #1 has only one of the two required emergency contacts. Plan of Correction: The provider will request the second emergency contact from the parent.
