An unannounced renewal study was conducted today. There are 9 children, including 2 resident children, in care (31 points) with 2 adults. Children were observed washing hands, using the bathroom, finishing lunch, and being bottle fed. 3 children's files were reviewed. See violation notice for missing information. There are no new staff or residents. Due to case load adjustments, your next inspection will be with a different inspector. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-60-B Description: Based upon a review of files, children's files are incomplete. Evidence: 2 of 3 files reviewed were missing documentation of complete address information for emergency contact. (Children 1, 2) Plan of Correction: I will contact the parents to have the forms completed.
