An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There is one child (2 points) with one adult. The child was resting quietly during the inspection. One child's file was reviewed. See violation notice for missing information. Emergency escape drills, attendance, Fridge/freezer temperature are all in compliance. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-60-B Description: Based upon a review of file, one child's file is incomplete. Evidence: Child 1's file does not contain complete documentation of a second emergency contact. Plan of Correction: I will ask the parent to complete the address information tonight.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-70-A Description: Based upon a review of files, one child's file does not contain documentation of the required policies and procedures. Evidence: The Provisions of the Emergency Preparedness Plan form is incomplete. The form is signed by the parent; however, no address is given for the relocation site. Plan of Correction: I will have the from updated and ask the aprent to initial the change.
