An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today as a follow-up to the licensee's Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC), which address an area of concern in determining need for additional caregiver. Observed 9 children (27 points). Ratio was in compliance. A violation, not related to the IPOC, was cited. Inspection conducted 11:00am-11:30am. Description: Based upon observations made, an infant who cannot hold his own bottle was not picked up and held for bottle feeding. Evidence: Upon arrival to the family day home at approximately 11:00am, Child A was in a bouncy chair with a bottle that was propped with blankets.

Plan of Correction: Assistant was holding the bottle and she just had to get up for a minute. Every time she gets up, she will take the bottle.
