There are currently no medications for children on-site at this time. Children were observed playing outside in the fenced in tennis courts, eating lunch, having free play, and preparing for nap. This inspection, including the exit interview, ended at 12:30pm. Should you have any questions, please call.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-830-C Description: Based on record review and discussion, no monthly emergency evacuation drills were documented for September and October, 2015. Plan of Correction: We did practice the drills but I forgot to document them. We will document all drills practiced.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-80-A Description: Based on record review, one child's record (#8) is missing proof of identity within 7 business days of the child's start date. Evidence: Child #8 has a start date of 8/14/15. There is no documentation that proof of identity was reviewed or that local authorities were contacted. Plan of Correction: I just reminded that parents today to bring me this documentation. I will review it and document it in the child's file. I will ask parents for this within 7 days of their child's start date.
