An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 6 children (18 points) with 2 adults. The children are resting quietly during the entire inspection. One child's file was reviewed. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-70-A Description: Based upon a review of files, children's files are incomplete. Evidence: 1of 1 children's files reviewed was missing documentation of: *Provisions of the emergency preparedness plan *Liability insurance declaration. Plan of Correction: The model forms will be provided to the parents today for signature.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-530-A Description: Based upon direct observation, the children do not have bottom covers on the cots during rest time. Plan of Correction: I will look for cot sheets online.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-690-D Description: Based upon direct observation, the surface of the diapering table is not nonabsorbent. Evidence: There is a cloth mat on top of the diapering surface. Plan of Correction: The cloth will be removed from the diapering table.
