An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on December 3, 2015. The provider and an assistant were present with 3 children. (10 points - 2 infants and 1 two year old child) The two year old child had just finished his lunch and had his diaper changed. His hands were washed and he was placed on his mat to rest. He did not want to rest and was allowed to play with some toys. The two infants were in infants seats when the inspection began. One fell asleep and was placed in her crib. The second infant was held and fed a bottle. He had his diaper changed, his hands were washed, and he was placed in a high chair for a few minutes. Two children were due to arrive later after school. Inspection began: 11:30 a.m. Inspection ended: 12:55 p.m.
