Today an unannounced renewal study was conducted beginning at 2pm. There were 5 children (14 points) present with the Provider and assistant caregiver. Children were observed napping during this inspection. Records for children present today were reviewed and found to be complete with required documentation and updates. Adult records for household members and caregivers are also current. Annual training hours for the Provider and assistant are current and exceed the minimum requirement of 16 annual hours. There are no medications on-site for children enrolled at this time. This inspection, including the exit interview, ended at 3pm. There were no observed violations during this visit.
