Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection on Thursday, December 17, 2015 from 10:40am to 12:00pm. The children were playing with toys upon the inspector?s arrival, and they were later observed cleaning up and preparing for lunch. Lunch consisted of: Turkey sandwich, corn, oranges and milk. Today, there were six children, totaling 14 points, present with one caregiver. The caregiver was observed interacting with the children, and guiding them through the routine The provider?s home is spacious and clean. The attached garage has been furnished and completed and is the area utilized for child care. Two children?s records, one caregivers? record were reviewed during the inspection. Last emergency drill: 12/2/2015 Shelter-in-place drill: 1/5/2015, 6/1/2015 & 9/8/2015 Emergency Plan Reviewed: 9/8/2015 The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections.
