54.1-3408 Provider must be MAT certified to administer prescription medication.
An unannounced renewal study was conducted from 1:30 pm - 2:15 pm. There was one child in care with the provider age 13 months for a total of 4 points. Nap time was observed. Lunch served today was turkey meatballs with pasta in tomato sauce, peas, and milk. One children's record was reviewed and in compliance. The provider and one household member records were reviewed and in compliance. The most recent fire drill and shelter in place drills were conducted 1/11/2016. The flashlight, weather band radio, and first aid kit were observed and in compliance. The provider is current in CPR and First Aid.
