Consultation was given on ensuring the provider signs the child's information record on the back page after viewing proof of id.
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted from 11:00-12:15. Seven children were being supervised by two caregivers for 23 points which is within ratios for supervision. Children were observed transitioning to rest time, diapering, free play and transition to lunch. Lunch served today was rice with chicken and quinoa, squash and milk. Emergency drills and supplies are current. Reviewed two children's records as well as a substitute assistant. Home has a new fence, books for children and new toys. No medication was reported to be on-site today. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
