Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on February 2nd 2016 between 10:30am and 11:45am. There were 6 children and a provider's child (18 points) in the direct care of 3 staff persons. Children were observed having lunch (chicken nuggets, apples, bread, and milk), washing their hands, using the rest room, playing with cars, trucks, and dolls. The home has 2 new staff members that were very engaged with the children. A sampling of staff and children's records, medication administration, supervision, and the physical space were observed and inspected.
