22VAC40-191 Background Checks for Child Welfare Agencies
Conducted an unannounced monitoring study with the provider, an assistant, and five children for a total of ten points. The ages of the children ranges from eight months-old through ten years-old. The children were eating breakfast and having free play during the inspection. Two children's records and two household records were reviewed. The provider is current in First Aid and CPR. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-60-B Description: Based on a direct observation of two children's records, one record was incomplete. Evidence: Child A was missing the name, address, and telephone number for the second emergency contact. Plan of Correction: The provider stated that she will have the parent complete the missing information by today.
