Today an unannounced monitoring visit was conducted beginning at 10:45am. There were 10 children (23 points) present today with the Provider and two assistant caregivers. Children were observed playing outside on the playground, washing hands, and preparing for lunch. One new child's record was reviewed and three adult records. There are no medications on-site at this time for any children enrolled. The home continues to offer ample space for movement, supplies, and age and stage appropriate equipment.
