10 children present with 2 caregivers. A total of 28 points. The children were observed eating lunch and playing during the visit. The children also watched a show about shapes. The children bring their lunch from home. The provider has lots of toys for the children to play with. Interaction between caregivers and children observed during the visit. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-160 Description: The provider failed to get a cps check done for one household member who turned 14. Evidence: Based on the review of records the provider has a household member who needs a CPS check due to age. Plan of Correction: I will do it.
