Standard #: 22VAC40-111-180-A Description: Based on record reviews, the family day home failed to have an adult obtain a repeat tuberculosis screening. Evidence: 1. The inspector reviewed two adult records. One of two records reviewed (adult record #1) contained a tuberculosis screening that was over two years old. The most recent screening in the record was dated 03/24/2014.
