- Technical Assistance:
Conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection 11:20am-12:20pm. Observed 5 children = 10 points with the Provider. Ratios were in compliance and supervision was constant. Children were having indoor free-play, washing hands, and eating lunch during the inspection. The Provider was talking with the children, assisting with hand washing, and feeding the children that needed help. Interactions between the Provider and children were positive, patient, and caring. Each child packs their own lunch/snacks daily. A written daily report is provided to parents. The daycare areas of the home were found to be very clean, safeguarded appropriately, and well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. No safety concerns found in the backyard play area. The Provider is currently certified in First Aid/CPR, and medication administration (MAT). Required documents were posted. Record keeping violations found.
