10 children present with the provider and assistant during this monitoring inspection. A total of 26 points. The children are napping , some of them are just falling asleep . The provider has lots of space and lots of supplies for the children. Today's lunch was ham sandwiches and green beans, watermelon and milk. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-80-A Description: The provider failed to get proof of ID for one child in care. Evidence : Based on the review of three children's records , one child , child A is missing proof of ID. Plan of Correction: I think I forgot because I had the sister and saw the mother the whole time she was pregnant . I will ask the parent for the information.
