An announced Initial inspection was conducted today. There are 3 children present (8 points) with 2 adults. 5 adult and 4 children's files were reviewed. See violation notice for missing items. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-60-B Description: Based upon a review of files, one child's file is incomplete. Evidence: Child 1 is missing a second emergency contact. Plan of Correction: I will ask the parent to complete a second contact.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-320-A Description: Based upon direct observation, a small appliance was plugged in while not in use. Evidence: A hair dryer was plugged in, in an upstairs bathroom while not in use. Plan of Correction: It was unplugged during the inspection. The dryer will be kept unplugged.
