Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the provider, who was present with her assistant and 10 childrenfor a total of 24 points. Five children's files and the provider's files were reviewed today and determined to be in compliance. First Aid/CPR are through American Safety Health Institute for both providers and is due to expire on1/27/17. For lunch, the children were provided chicken nuggets, apples, corn, crackers and milk and water. The provider does not administer medication. There were no violations observed during this inspection. Arrival time: 1 p.m. Departure time: 2:05 p.m.
