Today an unannounced monitoring visit was conducted with the Provider. This visit took place in the morning between 9:30am-12 there were 5 children present with the Provider for a total of 14 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed having morning free play, learning to read, learning the weather, having morning meeting, story-time, play-doh,nap and lunch time. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, fire drill log, attendance record, and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-280 Description: Based on observation of the physical plant, sanitizing solution was found on a table accessible to children. Evidence: A bleach/water solution was found on table accessible to children. Plan of Correction: Provider immediately removed and placed in area inaccessible to children.
