An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on Tuesday, May 31, 2016, from approximately 8:15am until 10:00am. Present today were three children totaling ten points with the provider and assistant caregiver. The two infants present were being spoken to frequently, laughing and interacting. The preschool child was creating meals in housekeeping, identifying the letter "Hh", the crescent shape, the number 5 and the colors green and yellow. Later the child sang and exercised to the "Kindercise" tape. AM Snack: grapes, cheese and crackers Lunch: Beef kielbasa, corn, mustard greens, pears, bread and milk A practice evacuation drill was conducted 5/18/16. All items required to be posted were present. All required emergency supplies were available. Both caregivers are certified in first aid and CPR through 5/2/17. The entire home was inspected today. Two children's records and two adult records were inspected.
