Today an unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 10:40am. There were 10 children (24 points) present today with the Provider and two assistant caregivers. Five new children's records were reviewed as well as updated background checks for caregivers and household members. A new playground structure has been added to the outdoor play area. The indoor areas of the home continue to provide a diverse amount of stations, activities and age and stage appropriate supplies and equipment. Children were observed cleaning up from playing, and quietly having tv time while lunch was being prepared. Caregivers were observed closely interacting with each child's individual needs. There are currently no medications for any children enrolled at this time. This inspection, including the exit interview, ended at 11:40am. Should you have any questions, please call.
