Discussed the following standard: background checks for household members.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. Observed 4 children (11 points) directly supervised by the provider. Ratio and supervision were in compliance. A sample of 1 child record, 1 caregiver record, and 1 household member record were reviewed. The physical plant, emergency supplies and procedures were also reviewed. No medications were reported to be on site. The children were observed during free play. An area of non-compliance is identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the provider.
