Consultation provided on monthly escape drills vs shelter in place drills and activating the smoke detector for monthly escape drills Your annual training year runs from May to May.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the provider. Three children were present for a total of 4 points. The provider's First Aid/CPR is through American Heart Associates and is due to expire in 11/16. No children had medication on site. Three children's files were reviewed as well as the provider/resident's files. There were no violation observed during this inspection. Arrival time: 12:30 pm Departure time: 1:30pm
