Discussed training , there are some online training opportunities on the departments website. Discussed the backyard the trampoline and tall play equipment is off limits to the children in care. Work men are cleaning up the back yard this afternoon and working during the visit.
7 children present , a total of 16 points. The provider and assistant are present during this renewal inspection. The children are napping and a couple of children are awake and playing with the assistant. The provider has lots of toys and different interest areas for the children to explore. Today the children had chicken nuggets, fries, mandarins and milk for lunch. This visit was started at 1:05 and ended at 2:10. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-160 Description: The provider failed to get a CPS check for one household member. Evidence: The provider failed to get a cps check for a person who turn 14 since the last visit, household member D. Plan of Correction: I will make sure I sent in the cps check. I will sent it this week.
