Comments:
On July 1, 2016 an unannounced inspection was conducted regarding a complaint received by the licensing office on June 20, 2016. An interview with the provider was conducted regarding the allegation. The information gathered from this investigation is inconclusive and the complaint is determined to be not valid. During the inspection, there were 3 children (7 points) in direct supervisor of the provider. At the time, the children were napping. The inspector reviewed 1 child file and 1 staff file both of which were compliant with licensing standards.
