54.1-3408 Provider must be MAT certified to administer prescription medication.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on July 22nd 2016 between 1:10pm and 3:00pm. There were 9 total children (25 points) in the direct care of the provider and 2 assistants. Children were observed napping, building, reading, climbing, washing hands, and having a snack (pop tarts and milk). The home was clean and organized and provided plenty of toys, books, and space to play. The staff records, household records, and children's records were reviewed. The physical space, supervision, medication training, first aid and CPR training, evacuation drills, menu, and first aid kit were also inspected.
