Discussed going to the County complex today to get the Building and Zoning people to sign off on your new address, You will need to fax or email that form to me today or first thing in the morning. Only then will I be able to turn your file into the Licensing Administrator for issuance of your new License to care for children.
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the provider at her new home. There were no children present at today's inspection but there is one child enrolled. . The new home has sufficient space for day care. There is space for 7-9 children on the lower level of the home. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-280 Description: Based on observation, it was determined that the laundry room had laundry detergent accessible Evidence: The laundry room is right off the daycare area and is not locked. Plan of Correction: The provider will put latches on handles of the laundry room so that the area is not accessible.
