The following inspection took place between the hours of 11:00am through 12:30pm. At the start of this unannounced monitoring inspection there were a total of 8 children (totaling 26 points) and 2 staff. A total of 2 children?s files and 2 staff files were reviewed. This inspector also reviewed physical plant and emergency procedures and documentation. The children were observed having lunch, taking restroom breaks, hand washing and engaging in free play.
