54.1-3408 Provider must be MAT certified to administer prescription medication.
Today an announced initial inspection was conducted beginning at 10:50am. There were two children (4 points) present with the Provider today. Children were observed making crafts with letters and puzzle pieces. Both children's records were reviewed and found to be complete with required documentation. Household member and provider records are current with new results from background checks. The emergency preparedness plan, first aid kit, emergency drills, and parent/provider agreements were reviewed. The home provides an organized area with age-appropriate supplies and equipment for ages requested on the license. There are no observed violations at this time.
