Discussed some changes that you were given for USDA Food Program . I will do some research and get back to you on this.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the provider and assistant beginning at 10:15 AM to 11:45 AM. There were 10 children in care ages ranging from 2 to 11 years old for a total of 12 points. The children were observed watching an age appropriate movie. Lunch served was Turkey franks, rolls, tomatoes, oranges, and milk. Three children's records and two household member's records were reviewed. - complete. The last evacuation escape drill was conducted on August 16, 2016. All required information was posted.
