Today an unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:25am-11:35am. There were 4 children(totaling 10 points) directly supervised by 1 staff. The home, 1 staff record, 3 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, 1 medication, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely inside and outside on the play area. Handwashing and restroom procedures were also observed. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children.
