Discussed space use if provider has her full capacity. Discussed outdoor play.
7 children present with 2 caregivers during this monitoring inspection. A total of 15 points. The children are eating cereal and milk when the inspection begins and after that the children are playing, reading books and sorting toys. The provider has lots of supplies for the children to explore. Interaction between caregivers observed during the inspection. The children are all very talkative . Standard #: 22VAC40-111-60-B Description: The provider failed to get the second emergency contact for two children. Evidence Based on the review of 4 children's records , child A and B are missing the second emergency contact. Plan of Correction: I will get the information from the parents today, I texted them during the visit.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-680-B Description: A caregiver failed to wash a child's hands after diaper changing. Evidence: Observed during the visit. Plan of Correction: We will make sure the children wash hands after diapering.
