Comments:
Today an unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 2pm. There were 8 children (21 points) present with the Provider and assistant caregiver. Children were napping during this inspection. Three new children's records and updated adult records were reviewed today. There are currently no medications for children enrolled at this time. The home continues to provide an ample amount of space and equipment for all ages enrolled. This inspection, including the exit interview, ended at 2:45pm. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-830-C
Description: Based on record review and discussion, there is no documentation of two shelter-in-place drills practiced within the last year. Evidence: There are no shelter-in-place drills documented for 2016. The last documented shelter-in-place drill is dated 8/18/15.

Plan of Correction: We did practice one in March, 2016, but it was not documented. We will document both shelter in place drills per year when we practice them.
