- Technical Assistance:
A record is needed for each child. There are times when the provider is not on-site and the assistants might need to contact the child's parent.
An unannounced renewal study was conducted today. Nine children were present with two caregivers upon arrival for 28 points which is within ratios for supervision. The provider and her personal child were away from the home at arrived within 15 minutes. Both assistants were fully qualified with current background checks, health records, trainings and qualifications (educational and reference documentation). The children were resting upon arrival in the nap room with the two caregivers checking regularly. Lunch served today was meatballs, bread, fruit, veggies and milk. Household pet is current for rabies. Home was recently renovated with additional space added to day care rooms. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
